The IPDES E-Permitting System will be unavailable beginning at 12:00 p.m. MDT on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, for a scheduled system update. Service is expected to be restored within approximately 30 minutes.
Construction General Permit (CGP) and Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) coverage applicants: Applications will not be reviewed until the required application fee has been paid, consistent with IDAPA 58.01.25.110.01.
